VENDORS POINTS OF INTEREST

First day we moved in kids made kites and ran around the back yard, I remember standing on the veranda thinking 'this is why we moved here'. Kids have always had plenty of room to play, either out on the lawn or under the veranda. We set up the tent in the back yard.

Sitting on back veranda watching sun set or sitting on back steps in the afternoon having my coffee. Sitting in the hammock reading a book.

Laying in bed in the morning having first coffee of the day, opening blinds/doors, looking out across back yard. The main bedroom feels quite private from the rest of the house/living areas and opening the west facing French doors almost feels resort like.
I will always remember standing at the kitchen counter having my second coffee of the day while the girls would sit at the breakfast bar area on stools having breakfast.

It's a great entertaining house, versatile floor plan to allow for different set ups
• set up tables along the length of the veranda for 80th, Christmas Lunch for 40+ people
• Clear out lounge/kitchen area and set up tables for sit down meals or buffet style
• Plenty of BBQs with friends either in undercover area or down by the pool
• Set up tables in the back yard in summer and have dinner in the garden under the trees
• My daughters 18th we utilised the whole house, indoor for food, then back yard, outdoor entertaining area and around pool all used
Great sized backyard, love my chickens! When the kids were younger, we had trampoline and swing set and still plenty of room.

Swimming pool has been great for kids learning to swim. Has a table and umbrella area in the actual pool, nice to sit there with friends and have a drink.

Husband has always loved growing vegetables, there are a number of fruit trees

Walking distance to Tower Hotel & cafe/restaurants as well as Penfold Estate. Plenty of places for brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks within walking distance.

Lots of places to explore, Pulford Grove and Nightingale Reserves. Kids rode bikes around the Uni grounds.

We love walking, particularly on trails and such close proximity to a number of areas such as Morialta, Coach Rd, Skye, short drive to Waterfall Gully Rd

Good schools close by, walking distance and serviced by bus routes. Direct bus route into city or Norwood. Kids went to kindy at the end of the street, school on Magill Rd, makes for nice community feel.

The winter sun coming in the north facing kitchen window, love sitting there and reading the paper. It's where my mum sits when she comes over.

Lovely neighbours, get together for drinks

You can hear kookaburras

We have truly loved living in this home.
