Manager of Property Management

Saffron Bruse has lived and breathed Real Estate for most of her life.

Living with three members of the family in Real Estate gives you a great knowledge of the industry.

Saffron, having seen her grandfather, father, brother and her mother working in real estate, she realised there is only one place to be and that is in the Real Estate industry.

Saffron manages the Bruse Real Estate Property Management division.

Saffron started her career working in a reputable law firm for several years as an Office Administrator / Legal Secretary and then spent 3 years working as a Conveyancer. Saffron moved to Bruse Real Estate working as the Personal Assistant to Theon and Bevan Bruse and became the Office Manager. Saffron, during that period, became a Registered Conveyancer and returned to the Conveyancing industry working with the well known Eckermann Steinert Conveyancers for a number of years.

Saffron made a decision to come back to the Family Business and has taken over the role of Manager of Bruse Real Estate Property Management Department.

This role is extensive as it involves extensive property management and revolves around the growth of our Property Management Business.

Saffron's role is to manage the team and assist them in every respect with regard to general everyday property management.

Saffron now has an extensive knowledge of the total Real Estate industry and understands the needs of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. In doing just that, we believe that Saffron will have a great impact on our overall business.

This is already occurring and we are now listing many more new rental properties. It is exciting times for Bruse Real Estate.

Saffron's knowledge of the areas we work in is strong and she has knowledge of the latest and greatest technology that we have now put into our business, as well as, having an eye for the management of people.

Saffron looks forward to a great future in the Family Business.
